Question about Ohio State/Northwestern..

anybody familiar with the turf at Northwestern? The reason i'm asking, is this morning they were talking about how high the grass was and the groundskeeper smiled and said they were planning on cutting it before the game...Did they? cause it looks pretty shaggy on the tv.

I was thinking it looked kind of long...but I always thought it was pretty common practice for home teams to keep the grass long to slow down the opponenet

But you also slow yourself down, so you gotta decide if it is worth it or not and might change depending on the opponent
