Unless those jobs are going to pay their employees for the time off then most employees don't want the day off.
Ashley would refuse it and still go in. Plenty of people would be pissed off. Also plenty of Americans would be pissed off if we shut down like we do for Christmas for a day because of the super bowl.
It's not that important and they already make enough money.
