Followers are dickheads. I used to use them but they got stuck, killed, etc and just slowed me down. Now I just use OP carry weight/sneaking rings, although I haven't played Skyrim in months. Thralls are better anyway. If they die, you just resurrect them. Plus they're walking lockers that have no weight limit. You just have to kill them to get your stuff.

Have you maxed out every skill tree? It's fun but on the 360 some of my bonuses don't always work (disintegration from lightning spells, for example). Actually, it's not all that fun being invincible. The leveled enemies take more hits to kill, but are less intimidating than Goombas at that point.

Lockpicking has one of the dumbest trees besides Speech.
All you need is one track, which is basically the one that makes lockpicks unbreakable and I believe requires the perk that makes a key, if available, of any lock you pick. There is nothing else in that tree that is even remotely worth a perk point.
But Alchemy is a good tree. Plus you do know they got rid of the level 81 limit, right?
