Workout update

Been working out 6 times a week for 5 months.

Weight:
252
High 263
Low: 244

Been consistent at 250-252 for 2 months.

Bench: up to 335 from 245
Squat: 300 is most ive tried
Hang clean: 275

All done with c4 and some elbow grease

id be happy benching where you started in 6 months :lol: I'm plateauing right now :( I think i need to start eating healthier. Anyone ever tried that texas super food shit? Much easier than eating all my veggies and fruits on a daily basis. But if its bullshit I'm not going to waste the time on it.

I thought i was plateauing because i max out after a couple sets & everytime i cant do 5 more lbs i get discouraged
