Breaking Bad is the best show in a while. It ended well and I am happy the writer chose to end the series before it got drawn out too far. Dexter was good season 1 through 4 but hit the shitter completely 5 and on to the end. The finale was the worst I have ever seen. I never got into Lost. I heard good reviews on GOT. I think Sons of Anarchy has been drawn out a bit. Hell they could have ended a few seasons ago maybe. Even possibly try and do a prequel series maybe like the start-up of the motorcycle club to his father's death. To me that could be interesting but the writer/ maybe even the network is ruining the show. Finally The Walking Dead, first 2 seasons were awesome but the last 2 kinda sucked. Too much drama between the characters.
Loved Lost...they dragged it like Dexter far to long BUT unlike a lot of people I thought the ending was awesome because it explained a ton. The problem was it was hard to understand the ending though so people got pissed. Show had so many hidden clues though and once you realize what the ending is it's brilliant.
The problem is, if a show is good you want to keep it going to make the most money possible and it's hard for them to end it the right way and in the right time. It happens way to often. Then good series like Firefly, Chuck, Freaks and Geeks somehow end before they should and it drives you nuts. Jericho is completely better in every way then Walking Dead as an "end of the World" type show. Significantly better. But got cancelled and fans had to basically pay for the second season to finish the story. It could have ran for 5 seasons easily.
Dexter's ending was because Showtime wanted a spinoff series.
