He wants to win but I don't think he'll leave LA for it. Only thing that would've cause him to leave is if LA (office) treated him badly or tried to fuck him over.

He is a better single player than Lebron but not a better team player(Lebron is more like Magic Johnson than anyone easily). If Lebron joined the Lakers they'd make the playoffs because he could create more for the weak players if that makes sense. Kobe is a guy who you stick on a team with multiple great players they become unbeatable. Lebron is the guy you build a team with.
