The Failcons have led each of their last 6 games with 0:35 remaining.

They are 2-4 in those games.

Go Bucs! #1 in the NFC South at 7-7. :wtf

lol. The NFC South is so bad. They're like the NFC East in 2020. NFL football is a shitty sport but they have the best playoff system in football.

TB (9-8) won the NFC South 9-0 over the Panthers (2-15). 3 FGs the entire game. I love when the broadcasts write "clinch" instead of "win," especially for the last game of the regular season.

The Panthers are so bad. They locked up the #1 pick, though (assuming they didn't trade it away).

The Panthers gave up a lot to draft Bryce Young over C.J. Stroud. :dog

I heard somewhere the panthers didn’t have a single snap all season where they had the lead. First time ever. Both of their wins (maybe 3 idk?) came on last second field goals

Fake news. They had a lead at some point in 5 of their first 6 games.

They actually had a 14-0 lead on the Dolphins... before losing 42-21. :dog

The Cleveland Browns. Traded to the Texans for Watson. Paid him a shit load of money to get injured and then watch your former team kick the shit out of you in the first round of the playoffs. :ROFL2

I thought liberals were the tree-hugging :hippies that would oppose paying for stuff like that... you know, filthy commies who think things like healthcare should be free/affordable. Making people pay a premium to watch games sounds more like a business-major, silver-spoon conservitard thing. Reaganomics and trickle-down theory media moguls would definitely support coercing people to buying subscriptions just to do what used to be free.

:dunno I'm sure there are Democrat media moguls, but the ones who call for tax breaks for the people who deserve and need them the least are Republicans.

Brock Purdy might be the worst QB left in the playoffs. Did you see him throwing lemons yesterday?

The Bucs are falling apart as usual. :yawn 24-17 and the offense looks like me and my nephew playing catch.

Down 31-23 right after a TD, and the Bucs go for 2. Fire the coaches.

I saw another team do that recently. I think there's a glitch in the formula they use.

Collinsworth was saying something like "There's a 55% conversion rate for 2PC in the NFL this season and a 99% (or 97% or whatever) conversion rate for a kick, so going for 2 is the right call." Yes, based off that, going for 2 every time is going to theoretically yield 1.1 points per attempt as opposed to 0.99 PPA for a kick. The problem is football doesn't do fractions of a point and a 99% chance of making 1 point is better than a 55% chance of making 2 points in terms of reliability and most teams don't have 10+ TDs on the scoreboard to make that 55% average make a real difference.

The best example of how "analytics" are a stupid way of doing things is to look at the 2021 Ravens. I remember seeing a recap show or whatever saying they had so many close games they lost because they went for 2 far too often. They started 8-3 and finished 8-9 and 4 of those 6 losses were by a combined 5 points.

:aup Basically what I was thinking when both the Bills and Bucs lost yesterday... That fake punt by the Bills was so predictable and still such an awful call. Now I have to root for Detroit.

A rematch of the 49ers and the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. :facepalm2
:yawn
I mean I'm kind of glad Detroit lost because Michigan has been too successful in football recently off, but the Ravens should have shown up.

Zay Flowers (former BC bitch) got massive karma. Did you see him flip a guy over and taunt him? Why does he have to be such an asshole? You're finally playing for someone better than BC and you act like that? I've never seen an offensive player be that disrespectful after the whistle. The game's not over.
