Central/South Florida is often more like the North Atlantic states than I care for. Toll roads are definitely more common in heavily-populated areas probably because maintenance is needed more often. There were a lot in Texas, but not so many that you couldn't go the long way for a little more time/gas.

If your wife is/was navigating on her Pixel, she can change an option in Google Maps to avoid toll roads. Not sure if that's on your Iphone map app.

There's only one toll road I know in Tallahassee. It's wide open because almost nobody needs it or wants to pay for it. :dog

I'm sure it varies by state, but we usually blow through tolls in the "fast pass" (or whatever) lane and pay the toll when they send it to us in the mail. I think they charge a little more, but whatever.

Time > money

Yesterday I just drove through them on the way back and apparently theyll send us a bill in the mail. You get charged an about .50 more for “admin fees”

And to Fucks reply, I understand why, I just fucking hate it as a visitor without the EZ Pass, and I use Waze navigation, which gives me the option to avoid them, however the other route to avoid it was 40 minutes longer, and ain’t nobody got time for that, :lolthumb

They had 2 different ones that were “exact coins only” because they didn’t have anybody working them.

Didn’t eat too much of it, I hate spending crazy money on food.

We are at a place called sunset bar, I liked the calamari, and they had some good ass marinara sauce.

We are at Coconuts on the Beach and I got the bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops. Was really ducking good but not enough of it.

Ate at a place called the sandbar right beside our place and they had some good gator.

Actually went to Winn Dixie last night and they had pre made meals in bags that you heat up. I got shrimp with squash and zucchini for $6, Ashley got a salmon broccoli and potatoes meal for $8, and we got cullen some coconut shrimp. I loved mine and Ashley’s but didn’t care for that coconut shrimp.

Tonight is our last night so we are going to go back and grab a couple more of them and I got some stuffed scallops to make with it.

Also :happybirthday Fraz, I didn’t pick up on it being today. :sorry

Seriously! I’m so glad they put the new stadium north of Atlanta. It’s still busy there but you get to avoid so much

On the way down there we went on 65S past Montgomery and then ended up on some highways through GA, and FL, was north of Tallahassee, went through Jacksonville and down the coast.

The way back we went Orlando, 75 North, Atl, I20 a few miles, hit a traffic accident and took the backroads back up to 65 at Morgan county.

I prefer the first trip better
