-Driveway is getting repaved
-Dumbasses broke the cable while tearing up the old driveway
-Fucking assholes have to wait for perfect sunny weather to pour the cement in fucking May... or June... or July at this rate
-Doesn't seem worth it to repair the cable until they're done
-Have to use 4G connection which is pay-as-you-go
-Could go to library or something to leech Wifi like a fucking hobo. Not ideal

The library was closed today for Emancipation Day. You're ~160 years too late, jackasses. I've never heard of it until today.

Denying people a place to enjoy free internet and books sounds emancipating. The best part is two black people were trying to get into the library, too. Quit having holidays for stupid reasons. They're literally HOLY days, not for celebrating lactose intolerance or the first gay astronaut.

New Year’s Day - January 1
Martin Luther King’s Birthday - 3rd Monday in January
Washington’s Birthday - 3rd Monday in February
Memorial Day - last Monday in May*
Juneteenth National Independence Day - June 19 (aka Emancipation Day... on different dates in some states)
Labor Day - 1st Monday in September
Columbus Day - 2nd Monday in October (aka Indigenous Peoples Day :jerkit )
Veterans’ Day - November 11*

*pick one (I like Memorial Day. It's when I call all my veteran friends and tell them I wish I was thinking of them today :trolldance )
