At least that can be explained by lacking knowledge about a specific government bill, not lacking actual sense.
It's not as retarded as the red-tards who don't understand that weighting votes via the Electoral College is the opposite of "fair." I've had to explain that on this site at least a couple times. Since the red-tards haven't been burned yet by the EC, they continue to spout how it's "more fair" than the popular vote. I would laugh my fucking ass off if Dump won the popular vote in 2020 and lost the election.
