Less than 1%. It's long been obvious that a race/ civil war is the only thing the media wants more than a hot war with a real foriegn adversary. However, 99% of the country cares more about living in peace and putting food on the table. I don't know if an all out CW2 would transpire. Most people, as mentioned above, are peaceful. Further, there's nothing they would fight over because most aren't truly affected by the race baiting.

I'd put odds at less than 0.01% now. Once we ramp things up in Syria/Afghanistan or decide to "liberate" Venezuela for making socialism look bad, the media/dems will quit pretending to care about race/gender/class/whatever, and things will go back to "normal"... until the next election.
