That's in Georgia, 30+% black population, even higher in many areas and quite possibly where that picture was taken. They're used to black dudes with guns there. :lolthumb
If they're showing up with assault rifles plainly visible to anything but a gun show or a museum exhibit filled with gunpowder arms, I'd argue that it fits the definition of terrorism.
Do you guys think I support the Black Panthers? They're pretty damn hateful and violent. They'd freak me out even if they were holding Bob Dole signs.
