Seasons 1-5 were great and 6-8 have been a rushed mess with little character development, actually going against their characters main traits (Tyrion not thinking about the consequences of the crypt), and not so good writing.

I agree it has seemed rushed, but the porn/gore of season 1 was more annoying, imo.

I agree it has seemed rushed, but the porn/gore of season 1 was more annoying, imo.
First I agree about the unwarranted nudity, but I don’t remember anything too gory from then.
If Tyrion’s mind is failing him then there should be something that shows that or hints at that.

When it is so obvious they should just get married and rule together. However we were all idiots if we thought we’d like the ending. Completely like it anyway. Blame George r Martin for being a lazy bitch and not finishing the books

For the books yes but blame the directors for this mess. GRRM left the show around season 5 because they wanted to go away from the books and run with their own ideas. Had they wanted to keep it going the right way then they would’ve worked with GRRM
