It's got RussiaToday (it's in English), NYTimes, and ESPN sports feeds. It's also really good if you have to pay for your mobile data usage or are on a throttled connection.

It doesn't have links to the videos or images embedded in the article, but it does have a link to the full article at the top. It has regular links cited (as text) at the bottom.

E.G

According to Times[1], the pitcher was arrested for a DUI... blah blah blah

If you just want to stick it to ESPN and deny them ad revenue, I recommend Adblock Plus (computer) or the Adblock Plus Browser (Android, iOS).
