Same.

For the first time in 15 years, I had one Thanksgiving dinner to attend instead of three. It was glorious.

Only been doing one for the past 7 and this year we just did crab legs and shrimp plus a few sides. It was different but it was easier

Lol we took our cancelled March trip to Florida this week(end) and I had fish tacos and oysters for thanksgiving :ROFL2

I definitely prefer deep frying a turkey in East Tennessee though

Yep, the original food is better but the cleanup after is easier with Seafood

Definitely true. But we do the cooking so we aren’t responsible for the cleaning on a normal year lol (me and my bro that is)

Find anything interesting to do while you were here? I don't get out much these days. My life consists of work, fixing shit around the house, chasing a daredevil 2 y/o, and watching cfb.

Yeh, we got to pay by or parking a lot, which was cool. Saw plenty of homeless in their habitat. Drove in some crazy traffic. :surrender

:lolthumb

We went for my nieces birthday. She turned 18 and wanted to go with her boyfriend by themselves. Her parents said okay but asked for her to let some adults go with them just in case anything happened. So she asked us to go and we were going to do separate things than them so she wouldn’t feel like she was being monitored.

When we got down there she wanted us to go to the places with them so we ended up doing the zoo on Sunday, followed by the natural history museum, and then ate at Maggiano’s. That food was really good, service wasn’t great though. We went to Andrettis arcade after we ate. Had some decent sun ther.

Monday we did the aquarium and then we left and took our asses home. We had tickets to the Coca Cola place, and one more ticket to either the CFB HoF, or the Civil Rights museum.

I didn’t care one but about seeing coke so wasn’t gonna do that anyways. Had my back not been hurting we would’ve went to one of the others. Will probably do it next time.
