When you stop and think about it, the new Star Wars movies

- The "good guys" are made up of a diverse cast of characters because "yay! muh diversity!" and the only two white guys on the side of the good guys are:
- Han Solo, a man who is so messed up that he ran out on his family and abandoned his son, who later turned bad and killed him
- Luke Skywalker, the most powerful man in the galaxy who ran away like a coward
- The "bad guys" are made up of all white men and a tall, blonde, Scandinavian-looking woman.
- You have Kylo Ren, a tall white guy who is full of rage and wants to kill the past
- You have General Hux, a ginger who walks around acting like Adolph Hitler
- You have Supreme Leader Snoke, who is pretty much the quintessential "old, white male"
- You have Captain Phasma, the tall, blonde, Scandinavian-looking woman dressed in chrome
The Resistance is lead by a woman (Leia Organa Solo) and has no real capable men in it, except Poe Dameron, who in The Last Jedi is painted as a rogue kamikaze guy who needs to be punished for his brazenness (because "muh evil masculinity".) The other male star on the side of the good guys is a black dude who is one small step up from Jar Jar Binks. All the capable people on the side of the Resistance are women: Leia, Rey, Rose (that new Asian chick), and whoever that pink-haired lady in the new movie was.
