Music Discussion

Postby JdPat04 » January 22nd, 2018, 11:00 pm

So as far as I know I haven't ever really listened to rock music (I have been lately) but before this like Led, Motley, Pearl, and I am into whatever kind of music The Police, Talking Heads, etc.. Are labeled as.

I have heard the popular songs of course but I didn't know who sang a lot of them. I've never purposely listened to Ted Nugent until the other night and discovered Stranglehold. I fucking love it.

Any help on giving me some songs like Stanglehold or some of these others that aren't as popular or played as much on the radio?

In The Mood by Robert Plant
Daughter, Better Man, Black, Ledbetter by PJ & even hard sun by EV
Illogical song and Goodbye Stranger by supertramp.

Help a redneck out

If you're looking for more Nugent, Cat Scratch Fever is classic.

If you like Pearl jam, maybe check out Soundgarden & Alice in Chains.

Maybe check out Rush for something a little different.

:dunno

Most of the stuff I listen to is a little harder so maybe not what youre looking for.

I like a few from all of those. Tom Sawyer of course from Rush and I'm sure there are more I just don't know the names. I know of cat scratch fever but as of the moment that's the only 2 I know that are good from Nugent.

I'm not against harder music either just listen to it at different times. I love Rob Zombie and those kinds. There's one group that doesn't get any kind of mainstream play that I can't think of at the moment that I like. I'll try to remember their name.

I like all kinds of music. Probably like atleast one song from 90% of artist.

Just really looking for some songs like Stranglehold

For those styles you've mentioned these are some tunes that may fit. I tried to bring something from varying genres that may strike a chord.

Guns and Roses : Estranged

Pearl Jam : State of Love and Trust

Type O Negative : Love You to Death (7+ Minute version)

Kaskade and Deadmau5 : I Remember

I Roll once per year. That's the only drug I do and only once annually.

I understand what it does and how long it takes to build serotonin, which is why I don't do it but once a year.

I love Rabbit in the Moon, they were at Hob back in October or September. Was a good show.

I was trying to find songs that matched his original thought.

I do love a good Rave though. Looking forward to Ultra 20 in March. 8)

Got my 300MGS of pure MDMA ready to go. :lolthumb

I was not expecting that, Mr PotIsDaDebil.

I enjoyed it when I was younger, but it makes me feel like a zombie the next day. I prefer LSD/microdots, but I haven't done that in ~10 years, either.

Drugs are bad. Problem is that people use them in excess. Notice I said Once per Year. That’s it. Full legalization of drugs aren’t good. Look at Jamaica, Mexico, etc places that it is and we can see the results. I am fine with finding a way to regulate it and allow for appropriate doses and or leveling but we know that will not work as it doesn’t take away the love of the actual High that correlates.

As for the zombie part, pre-dosing about a month in advance helps. Start taking 5HTP daily, Melatonin at night, Vitamin B Super Complex, magnesium with chelated zinc and eat well.

Stockpile your house with V8 and keep that dosing style for about a week after the party and you’ll never know the difference.

For me, I use it as a way to defragment the mind and life aspect.

I already use melatonin at night to help me sleep. 3mg at night.

I'm "down to"

Trazadone for sleep
Buspirone and Zoloft for depression/nerves
Topamax for migraines
Protonix for heartburn

OTC I use vitamin D and Melatonin

Then I give myself a vitamin b12 injection monthly

Pretty good compared to what I used to be on.
