I won't know until mid to late February what my raise is, but I'm not expecting much :lol:

Everything has been going downhill since the family owned company sold the business to a fortune 500 company in 2016. This is the first year we have fully migrated to all of their benefit packages and people have been jumping ship faster than ever. Probably won't be long until I join them.
