As they season dragged alone and Donald trump moved on from his issue with athletes protesting during the NFL, fans began to see less and less coverage of players kneeling during the Anthem and things were starting to return back to normal.

That will all change on Super Bowl Sunday.

In the event that any players choose to kneel or raise a fist during the playing of the National Anthem, NBC plans to show it, a top executive announced.

“When you are covering a live event, you are covering what’s happening,” NBC Sports Executive Producer Fred Gaudelli said on Tuesday at a Television Critics Association conference in Pasadena, Calif.

“If there are players who choose to kneel, they will be shown live,” he added.

The anthem will be aired live and is scheduled to be performed by Pink. Anthem protesters have the chance to be seen a huge audience, as 112.2 million people watched Super Bowl LI last season.

Protesting on such a huge stage is likely to get Donald Trump aggravated all over again, which will then bring even more attention to the kneeling, but will surely wear off as the NFL heads into the offseason
