Foxes, coyotes, and every other kind of animal that is alive and not hibernating such as deer as well.


So since you think of them being animals that are outside all the time... People don't think twice about them. They are "tools or toys" to a lot of these people, that or nuisances from their kids.

Soooo it's understandable that people who leave dogs out 24/7 and cats or 24/7 and never expire nice these kids of weather conditions but once every decade or so... Aren't so used to covering all of their bases.


I still don't like it all, but someone also living in Maryland not thinking about bringing their dogs inside during a tornado is the same as someone in Bama not thinking about this.
