Last year, the San Francisco 49ers season was filled with a media circus surrounding Colin Kaepernick and his kneeling and you kind of forgot about how many losses the team was stacking up during that time.
This year, the only thing that has changed is Kaepernick is no longer on the team, the media circus is gone, but the team is likely to rack up just as many losses and fans are not sitting in blistering heat to watch it.
The team started out the year with a scoreless first half, something they didn’t do last year, as they were down 13-0 to the Carolina Panthers. The fans had clearly had enough and decided to beat the traffic extremely early by leaving at the half.
