Well I've flown higher than we were skydiving from. Was only 2.5 miles high or so for skydiving this time. Flying in a commercial airliner is usually 35,000 feet.

It's definitely not a flat plane with an ice wall

Based on jd flying on a commercial flight at some point in his life? Every time you look out of a plane at 35,000 you see either clouds or what looks like a flat ground below you.
