Cocoa Beach is a shit hole. Beaches are decent, but the city is kind of run down. Lots of crime.

I am in Brandon Florida, I should be fine if it doesnt hook around and come up the gulf coast of florida and directly hit Tampa Bay. Even then though I am not in a flood zone.
