I'm kind of on the fence regarding #1. I'm personally against it, but there are certainly cases in which it makes sense. It should not be illegal (1st trimester).

Who cares if gays get married? As someone who supports a smaller, less invasive government, I'm fine with it.

I agree on 3 & 4.
