Whenever I come across an article with some idiot who can't figure out their sex, I see so many comments berating anyone who thinks the idea of a man being a woman is ridiculous. As in shouting obscenities (in caps) at people who aren't of the same mindset.

I'm kind of on the fence regarding #1. I'm personally against it, but there are certainly cases in which it makes sense. It should not be illegal (1st trimester).
