I fucking hate people who talk about how great quinoa is more than i hate quinoa itself. the shit is fucking disgusting... it will give you super bad gas if you are a normal person who eats more than seaweed and cardboard and is not fucking high in protein. yeah its high in protein compared to potato chips and mt dew but when compared to real food... no... get the mother fucking fuck out with that disgusting ass bullshit.

it has 4x the amount of carbs compared to protein... fucking asshole shit eaters

I think I've had each one time. You can make both taste like anything, since they have no flavor. Neither texture seems like food, but tofu is closer to meat, while rice cakes are closer to Styrofoam.

The caramel bite size rice chips are good as well. I like the Giant brand better than the Quaker brand. I didn't start eating them til late last year.
