What, are you waiting for not guilty verdict #4? The feminazi kangaroo court wasn't enough for you? Are you really of the mindset that accused but not charged, then tried anyway in a setting biased in favor of the accuser, then found not guilty = maybe guilty? I envy those who have never been accused of something they didn't do. Nothing is more infuriating. You must be one of those people. Congrats.

I don't know many people who didn't use profanity or accept something free from someone at some point during their college years. But yes, profanity is a fucking disgrace to our soceity and getting free shit is killing our economy and hurting tax revenue to the point where Amtrak trains are flying off the rails. Face it, we're all murderers. :suicide2
Winston was never found guilty, I get that. He was also never found not guilty either. All fsu fan seem to overlook that fact too
You have to be charged to be found not guilty. The feminazi kangaroo court can find you "responsible", even if you are never charge with a crime. Feminazi's, America-haters, and those with Jameis-envy were huge fans of this, alas, “In sum the preponderance of the evidence has not shown that you are responsible for ANY of the charged violations of the Code,” Had Kinsman consumed as little as four beers that night, decided to smoke a bowl that afternoon, or even taken a prescribed medication with side effects such as "drowsiness", Winston would have automatically been considered "responsible" for sexual misconduct.
I. Sexual Misconduct.
a. Any sexual act that occurs without the consent of the victim, or that occurs when the victim is unable to give consent. Consent is defined as the willing and clear participation in the sexual act. Inability to give consent includes but is not limited to situations where the individual is:
i. under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances (including but not limited to prescribed medications); ii. unconscious, asleep, ill or in shock; iii. under the age of eighteen and therefore legally incapable of giving consent; or
iv. known by reason of impairment, mental condition or developmental or physical disability to be reasonably unable to give consent.
If anyone is overlooking facts, it's the TMZ/NYT slurpers. :sadyes
