Edgeriin James, Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark and ONLY 29 touchdowns. Good for fourth in the NFL that year.

Winning MVP is subjective. Most people argue lebron is the best player in the league but doesn't win MVP every year.

Bit funny. 2004? His touchdowns increase by 20 and yards per attempt goes up two yards.

He goes from one TD every 20 attempts to a TD every 10 attempts.

Same team and only difference? The rule change.

Manning is garbage. Like I said, look at 1998 through 2003 then compare his numbers from 2004 on. Like two completely different people.

Understandable so you'd truly have to take that into consideration. Same way as if you're trying to see what are the 10 best money making movies through the theatre.

Obviously all the old ones don't really have a chance becauae they were selling tickets for $3? -$5 and now they're $8-$16 you have to adjust for inflation. (However they don't take into consideration the inflation of the in the population)

We are not discussing athletics nor betterment of human physiology.

We are focusing on the fact that without the 2004 rule change these qb's would be relegated to the bench or would just be solid players.

This thing, called lineage and or a timeline, shows this.

Brees stunk before 2004. Manning was on par, with all the talent in the world, to just be flacco, Brady was always a stud.

Like I showed already about manning and Brees, pay attention to what is going on.

Brady's stats improved from 2003 to 2004 as well. Not as much as some other QBs, but maybe they weren't getting the benefit of using deflated balls. :thought

Oh I know that, he was talking the difference between qbs from 95-now vs 60's 70's and 80's because somebody said something about 5 or so qbs right now being atleast top 20 all time (and if you asked people to list the qbs from now it would probably be more) then I said people are biased of their own era of qbs because they forget about how good the older qbs were.

I would guess 7 qbs from now people would say were top 20 but when you have them a list of all time greats it would change

yes, you are a sorry bitch.

he puts up the numbers because his team had hall of fame offensive talent surrounding him at all times. even tebow won a playoff game throwing to Decker and Thomas.

i will supply a better breakdown later. but something tells me you won't comprehend it.

interesting comparison.

Marino = 1/20
Elway = 1/24
Favre = 1/20

those are the TD's per attempt in their careers. i didn't go back and readjust Favre's only because it was the end of his career and the difference would be minimal. Now, below, are what a lot consider the premiere passers of this current generation and they played during both eras, as in the pre and post manning rules.

Manning = 1/16 and 1/20
Brees = 1/18 and 1/31
Brady = 1/17 and 1/22

can you guess which set was which?

so you're saying that manning is the best? pre and post 2004. Manning would have continued to improve without the rules change too. But congrats on being retarded :4thumbs
