I don't know what Bankhead is, but if you go to an area in Tanner AL, or go to "box alley" in Athens then you will increase your chances ten fold of getting pulled over and getting fucked with by the police. Not sure if Bankhead is the same and if it is then I don't have a problem with it. If not then it still seems there would be a reason to do it in that area? Otherwise just do it everywhere

Bankhead is a ghetto ass, high drug and prostitution, and just overall high crime area. Being there is pretty much probable cause. It just sucks if you live there
