When Davidson made that run in the tournament he was a no name kid. He blew up over night
He was mildly talked about because he was scoring insane numbers at Davidson but not hyped by any means or manner.
His tournament showed he could do it vs good defenses and was clutch as hell. He flew up from second round to top ten in two weeks
