1 year to negotiate terms after being found in violation? Not sure.

But it's believed they are one year from making one regardless.

It's like watching someone build a sandcastle. When they're almost done and putting on the last touches of it taking it from 95% to 100% that's when you walk over and just kick the shit out of it.

Not really. How long has Iran wanted one, and every other country in the Middle East that doesn't have one. They all want them too but they don't have them, and it could be kept that way if we had a halfway competent PotUS
