I think we should list every injury(besides death) suffered by him. And do it to him. Lost legs, arms, shrapnel damage. Do everything he did to others.

I'd recommend just a continuously high pitched noise with strobe lights constantly flickering driving him mad. And right before he topples over the edge. Stop. Allow him to regain his mental health for a day...then do it again till he almost breaks. Torture is body and mind for 50-60 years. And mix it up some. Bring in a big fag to ass rape him every once in awhile. Play images of Muhammed being raped as well for the fuck of it.
