i dont play for the team, so i have no control over the record, as a fan things could be better but we have finished 1st or second in the east and not won the cup, so .... just GETTING to the playoffs grants you a chance at winning it

I don't disagree, getting in is really all that matters. However, I'd want my team playing well heading into the post season as opposed to playing like shit if I had the choice.

Pens are better off restructuring his contract (if possible).
