Better than both those movies.
I've tried 3 times to watch PF. Last night I got the furthest but still haven't finished it.
I'd prefer to watch the patriot, shawshank redemption over those 2

And Brattonsville is about 10 miles from me. Ive been by that house also. People currently live there. Trust me when I say there is nothing out there.
