How much time will you spend walking running exercising? 2 hours a day? Every 12 days is 24 hours of exercising

30.42 days a year spent on exercising at 2 hours a day

1,368.75 days spent over 45 years just going for 20-65

Thats 3.75 years you wasted on exercising to extend the shitty part of your life :lolthumb

Fitness / exercise isn't a chore for me since I enjoy being active whether it be running, surfing, running a game of hoops, etc etc. The benefits are just icing on the cake, same goes for eating healthy, not smoking /doing drugs, and only drinking liquor very occasionally. :up
