I've flown "drones" since I was 8 years old. It's a piece of cake to make a tiny little aircraft or a giant one. It doesn't take a lot of intelligence to do. I actually mentioned how easy it would be to use RC equipment to carry out such tasks over a decade ago, so I'm surprised it's taken this long to figure out.

I used to fly the RC planes and shit.

However i was just asking of where you would take it and what for.

Would you use it to fuck with people? Scare people? Spy on naked chicks? See beautiful landscapes? Etc...

Not so sure it's taken that long to figure out it's just having people make them affordable and easily accessible for the everyday people. Also making them durable so you feel like you should buy one.

Have you seen the video where a guy is flying his and it's battery dies and it's going down in the middle of water. He starts running then jumps in the water and gets out to do a diving 1 hand catch right before it hits the water. Pretty cool save.
