the biggest thing people dont factor in is freight, all of those 18 wheelers that haul all of those pallets of stuff (and i mean everything from mattresses to 20oz bottles of cola) are more expensive to ship and thus cost more when the fuel rates are up, so fuel prices literally affect the ENTIRE economy

yeah just let me know next time. I am out east and its kinda boring but still good BBQ everywhere. I dont venture out to downtown or midtown often but if you are in town we should probably hit somewhere down there.

"Quantitative easing" = inflation
Keynesian economics = dependent upon inflation

When prices drop, all libtards (and many - if not most - 'pubs) start shitting the bed, wondering if anyone will ever buy anything before deflation ends. People are stupid.

Anyway, with all the econazi energy legislation, combined with the push to get everyone driving electric cars (>50% of electricity comes from EVIL coal, mind you...), I wouldn't expect utility prices to drop... well, ever. Maybe natural gas.
