It's true. Restaurants do that shit strictly for aesthetics. I always use green onions though cuz I like the flavor too.

What's she do differently? I always like having other ideas.

Also do you eat cornbread with yours or just crackers? I told Ashley i wish you made some cornbread. She said Cornbread??? With chicken stew?!??
I said WHAT?? You've never ateCB with chicken stew??,

It's like she's not from Alabama or the south. Anyways had her make some. It's awesome with chicken stew.

I also use celery in mine too just didn't do it this time.

I don't give a fuck about how it looks unless some people wanna pay me for it, and i gurantee my stew tastes better than any restaraunts stew you could find. Not overly conceited as you could find sons better homemade stew than mine but mines up there. I've been cooking with my mom since I could help aka 5 years old and i cooked with my grand mother and my step dad to where I could cook regular meals when I was 10. And all 3 if them were/are some damn good cooks.

However adding the green oinions does sound nice. I already use yellow oinions so it has that flavor. However im going to freeze a good bit of this, and I'll leave a little bit out and add some green oinion to it and see how it tastes for my next go round.

:rock I love all onions. Green onions bring a different flavor for sure and you can just toss them on top at the end and mix them in. No need to cook it with them
