Most restaurants use frozen meat. You'd be shocked how much is frozen that you eat.

As for the chili's comment, that's a management thing, not a chili's thing. It can happen anywhere.

Fuck that joint, went once, never again. Honestly, I can't stand any of them: TGI Friday's, Chili's, Applebee's, etc.

I went to an Outback Steakhouse while I was in FL last week, first chain restaurant I've hit in years. Naturally, they fucked my medium rare steak up and I had to send the sumbitch back. :facepalm
