The dumbfuck was slow and probably lost. She (either a woman or a chimp) figured that, to get out of a right turn lane shortly before the traffic circle, she needed to go to the other fucking side of the road. Luckily there was no oncoming traffic, just a few people like me behind her wondering who the fuck gave her a driver's license.
