I dont drink anything with caffeine now that I stopped drinking coke. I occasionally get sweet tea which is breaking the rules but it cant be as bad as coke. But cutting out all the caffeine has to help my preworkout stuff seeing as how they all have it. Can't wait to work out tomorrow. I hate off days now :yes

I do it all together. Squatting is the best exercise you can do. It makes more muscles fire than any other lift. the neuroendocrine response from squatting is greater than any other lift and its the best thing you can do to get ready for everything else. I squat, bench, and dead lift in that order then do a bunch of supplementary stuff. I can go 2 1/2 hours no problem but because of what I do I gotta take a day off in between.
