Had sushi last night

Hibachi is alright, but I'll take sushi 99 times out of 100 though given the choice.

I like both. Filet on the hibachi is great though. I love it rare and when you get a big ass fat filet rare as fuck it gets to be too chewy on the inside. When they cube it like that its like having a mini steak with each bite. so tender and delicious melts in your mouth. Its my favorite way to eat filet. Japanese food is my all time fav. I once had a roll named the cowboy roll because it was wrapped in filet. :yes :yes :yes


and as for the show thats another reason i like that place. Especially when I was younger it was my go to place for a first date because it takes a lot of pressure off you to make good conversation. You dont have to face each other you dont have to make sure the convo flows at all times because you do have the show. Japanese people are awesome :dog

Sashimi is really not sushi though as it is in reference to just the slices of meat. However when I talk about sashimi I am not really using it the right way because most American sushi bars don't. When I talk about sashimi I am referring to the sashimi style slices over rice.... Which is sushi because it is over rice. And raw. Asshole
