Nothing crazy this time. Spicy shrimp / spicy crab roll and tuna & salmon sashimi. Kicked off with seaweed salad, I love that shit :dog

I like a lot of it and love to try anything new I can find. I always get a yellowtail roll and smoked salmon sashimi style and then I usualy try a roll unique to the place. The only sushi I had that I disliked a decent amount was sea urchin but I would try it again if I was assured by a Gordon Ramsay type chef that it was legit... And if it still tasted like a dirty fish tank smells Id write it off forever. I've tried it all though. From eel and squid to the roe with the quail egg yolk on top. I don't mind the salmon eggs at all but the flying fish eggs were kinda bland to me

I'm not big on salmon but have been working it into my diet lately. Tuna is a must, eel is my favorite of all rolls believe it or not, always some crazy type of dragon roll :rockin
Squid I don't eat on rolls, that's something I get as a side in a squid salad. I've never tried urchin, shit looks scary as hell. Hoki clam is very blah, overrated. Fuck that roe and big ass eggs, my dad loves that shit but it's way too salty for me and dominates the taste of everything else.

Japenese Steak houses are my favorite type of place ever. You can get filet on the hibachi which is fucking amazing of course and they have sushi too... how can it be better than that?
