Maduro, Venezuelan dictator, was quickly taken in an actual special military operation. While Maduro definitely deserves to pay for his crimes, I don't think that was the motivation here.

1. Venezuela has a lot of oil. Dump stated he wanted that for the USA. :facepalm That's one instance where he's actually being honest.
2. Venezuela is allied with Russia and China, so that at least helps Ukraine.
3. Few, if any American casualties. I actually didn't hear of any casualties for either side because it was pulled off so well and so fast, but I didn't really research that much.

Whether or not this is good in the long term remains to be seen. Another operation like that on a target that truly isn't an antagonist or PRC- or Russia-supporter is going to cause serious issues with our allies. So far it's a net positive, about the only thing Dump has done somewhat right, and it was basically done to seize oil fields...

I mean it still doesn't make up for treachery. Benedict Arnold himself led some American victories over Great Britain.
