He knows how to draw up a game plan there is no doubt there. His issue is he has no ability to develop players or related to them. At UF he actually had a good offense at the beginning of the year with Brantley(shit UF put up almost 200 passing yards vs the best D in the country in Bama in one half). Then we lost Brantley and he had no clue how to teach the new kids wtf to do. If he went back to the NFL...he'd do well. He did with his year with the Chiefs.
