I got a Gino's East Frozen Pizza, but after reading the online reviews I'm afraid to try it so I bought some pastrami and rye bread on the way home.

pizza doesnt sound bad to me. Protein and vegetables. Eating clean for me is no fast food and extra protein shakes :dog Cut out coke almost completely too. Occasionally i have a 12oz coke to get me through the day :dog

It's not bad, you're right there are countless worse alternatives.

One of my biggest things wrt to diet though is maintaining a low-sodium diet, and pizza just shits all over that. :dog
