Also the FBI didn't even clear her, they laid out the perfect case to charge her negligence in the first 10 minutes.

There is no way of getting around this: According to Director James Comey (disclosure: a former colleague and longtime friend of mine), Hillary Clinton checked every box required for a felony violation of Section 793(f) of the federal penal code (Title 18): With lawful access to highly classified information she acted with gross negligence in removing and causing it to be removed it from its proper place of custody, and she transmitted it and caused it to be transmitted to others not authorized to have it, in patent violation of her trust. Director Comey even conceded ........

U.S. attorney general says no charges in Clinton email case

WASHINGTON, July 6 (Reuters) - U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch said on Wednesday she had accepted the FBI's recommendation that no charges should be brought in the investigation of Hillary Clinton's personal email system.

"I received and accepted their unanimous recommendation that the thorough, year-long investigation be closed and that no charges be brought against any individuals within the scope of the investigation," Lynch said in a statement.

On Tuesday, Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Comey said Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, had been "extremely careless" in her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, but he recommended no criminal charges be filed in the case.

While Comey's announcement lifted a cloud of uncertainty that had loomed over Clinton's White House campaign, his strong criticism of her judgment ignited a new attack on her over the email issue by Donald Trump, her likely Republican opponent in the Nov. 8 election.

Lynch said she met on Wednesday afternoon with Comey and the career prosecutors and agents who had investigated whether Clinton broke the law as result of email servers kept in her Chappaqua, New York, home. One question is whether she mishandled classified information.

U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan, a Republican, said on Wednesday it appeared Clinton received preferential treatment from the FBI.

Asked whether a special prosecutor should be named to investigate the matter, Ryan said the House would not "foreclose any options."

Clinton's campaign was anxious to move on after Comey's announcement, saying in a statement on Tuesday it was pleased with the FBI decision. (Reporting by Eric Beech; Editing by Mohammad Zargham and Peter Cooney)

Break classification rules for the public's benefit, and you could be exiled.

Do it for personal benefit, and you could be President.

It will make it awkward if she's given clearance again. If she was still Sec of State, her clearance would have likely been revoked, forcing her to step down.

Simply put, the government doesn't trust someone so deceitful and careless to have access to classified information. Somehow, liberals take this to mean she's fit to be president. :facepalm

So if she becomes President, what happens? is she not given clearance or does she fire everyone until someone gives her clearance?

Well, if she becomes president, they'll just have to give her the clearance.

More interestingly, once a candidate is officially the party nominee, the are given clearance so they are up to speed by the time they take office. Will they have to make an exception here? :thought

Congress is every bit as fucked up as any branch of government or agency that the government supports. I am sure King George of England in the late 1700s had higher approval ratings than Congress.

Yeah but what's the point? She lied to the congress, she lied to the American people.

They won't charge her for the other shit. What excuse could they make up for that?

DOJ opened up another investigation on her BUT :biglol at thinking that will do anything :facepalm

She's in the 1% so she bribes her way to her own form of justice. We vote her in then our enemies will own us for the next 4 years for their leverage that they will keep close to the chest. Obama owns the DOJ. He gave his endorsement to Hilary. You think they have the balls to do shit. Even if they did he would pardon her then justify everything.

Yeah, I think he was the only one making that claim.

Epic deflection though, even if it does nothing to refute the facts about Hitlery. No point noting all the errors since he's not voting for her anyway.

I need news when Cheney and Bush put classified information on a unclassified server? That is the issue. If the classified server got hacked then that is one thing but the material was still protected.
