Shall we review the illustrious raider draft legacy?

Did I ever say we had great drafts? Nope I did not and never will

So why do you claim im butthurt when only speak the truth ?

Anyone that actually knows the Raiders history will tell you that they find gems in the 4th or later rounds and the rest of the time it's built by picking up veteran FAs

Your fourth and later round picks only look good because they outplay your 1st -3rd rounders bro

"Finding gems" is a defensive mechanism subconsciously fabricated by raider fans to soften the blow of the distraught reality

Kevin Boothe was a 6th round pick and won 2 SBs as a starter with the Giants
Shane Lechler was a 5th round pick and is known as the best punter in the league
La'Roi Glover was a 5th round pick...I heard he had a pretty good NFL career
Bo Jackson was a 7th round pick...Maybe you've hear of him?
Reggie Mckenzie was a 10th round pick...I heard he was good :thought
Lester Hayes was a 5th round pick....might of heard of him too
Cliff Branch was a 4th round pick
George Atkinson was a 7th round pick
Jim Otto was a 24th round pick :thought

I think you get the idea

Bucs rocked shit out in free agency. Went straight baller in this mother fucker!

Let's hope Smith can get this roster together. We have really good players, we just need them to create a good team. Our defense will easily be top five with Lovie and the returning group we had from a really good defense last year. Doug Martin will be back, so this could finally be the year we break through. Won't get my hopes to high, but most of our issues have been filled through free agency and we can fill the remaining holes in the draft.

Considering the Steelers never do anything in free agency I'm pleasantly surprised... No splashes though

Agreed. Finally have your heads on straight it looks like under the new management. Hopefully all these moves pan out for us or we is fucked. We're basically pushing to try to go deep these next two years. We need to get a QB in next years draft to start prepping to be the starter in the future as well. Glennon sucks and our new QB probably only has 2-3 more years left of productive play.

Our DL looks a shit ton better with just 1 returning player (Sims who did damn good last year), Tuck and Woodley who are pass rushers, Wilson for run stuffing and Antonio Smith > Vance Walker
CBs are better than last year imo...Brown + Rogers > Jenkins + Porter
James Jones > Jacoby Ford any day of the week
Penn vs Veldheer is iffy depending on which Penn shows up every game
Howard at RG, Booth at LG > anything we had last year
Watson will be the starting RT which is his natural position
MJD + Dmac > Dmac + Jennings
Schaub > McGloin > Pryor

I'm finally looking forward to a season instead of just hoping we are competitive
McCown will win your starting QB spot this year :yes

Yea we improved in most areas I think at least. We may not be as good at Oline but ours had so many injury issues we never held up so fuck it. We did lose Revis but gained in his place a PASS RUSHER!!!! And a solid corner as well. Good swap I think. Got a dependable tight end too which is freaking needed and possibly a good starting QB!!!!!!

Really all we needed was a pass rusher, a good Tackle to protect his blind side, and a QB. We have a good receiving core, good Oline, good run stopping Dline(needed the rusher), young Lbs who have talent and a good secondary. A good QB and the Bucs are a very good team this year. Especially with Lovie Smith which was just an awesome hire. Dependable coach who consistently wins.

Honestly I didn't know all of that happened with yall I knew of the Jones move, the one you talked about, and Schaub(who I think is really over slammed. Dude is a solid starting QB straight up). Been paying way to much attention to College Basketball and Hockey...for obvious reasons lol
