Bush and Cheney deleted emails but none were proven to have classified information. Hillary did have classified information spilled in hers. The thing about weapons of mass destruction is that we sold it to them so they could fight Iran in the 1980s. Saddam used them against the Kurds. Chemical warfare is also classified as weapons of mass destruction.

Congress is every bit as fucked up as any branch of government or agency that the government supports. I am sure King George of England in the late 1700s had higher approval ratings than Congress.

Yeah but what's the point? She lied to the congress, she lied to the American people.

They won't charge her for the other shit. What excuse could they make up for that?

DOJ opened up another investigation on her BUT :biglol at thinking that will do anything :facepalm

Unless she's under oath she can lie all she wants....ask her husband about that. :dog

These could be wrong wasn't she under oath here?

Or lying about the video, lying about the number of servers, the number of devices she used, her emails with Bill, etc, etc, etc....

5 more months and no one would have cared. Just turned 18, so I guess she's legal. Wood not smash though. She probably has her mom's junk.

Muck FcDisney wrote:2 questions:

1. By the FBI's definition, what is the difference between "gross negligence" (felony) and "extreme carelessness" (no crime)?
2. How can they not determine if the servers (we now know there were many) were hacked? Some of the hacked emails have been leaked. If the leaked emails are fake, the FBI should acknowledge this.

This will absolutely not help Hitlery, especially with this coming right after Bill got busted having a secret meeting with Loretta Lynch (the one who would have had to actually file the charges, and someone Bill HIMSELF appointed back in 1999).

In light of recent events, it is now clear the answer is "none".

This headline says it all … Daily Caller Monday: “Top Clinton Aides Face No Charges After Making False Statements To FBI” Chuck Ross writes that in their interviews with thoroughly corrupt FBI agent Peter Strzok neither Cheryl Mills nor Huma Abedin "faced legal consequences for their misleading statements” on what they knew about Hillary’s private server. Meanwhile, since swamp rat Robert Mueller and his gang of corruptocrats have produced NO EVIDENCE showing that President Trump colluded with Russia to “rig the election,” their new impeachment strategy is to drum up totally unrelated “process crimes” like obstruction of justice and perjury. Last night former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton talked about Mueller’s crooked scheme with Lou Dobbs of the Fox Business Network. Bolton: “They are trying to prove the administration is illegitimate.” Dobbs: “That’s what you can see.” Bolton: "They are the ones who are illegitimate… The Wall Street Journal says this is the first coup d’état in American History.” Not yet, but they’re trying!
