He needs to declassify tons of shit, the government should not have secrets other than super vital ongoing military secrets that relate to specific countries that are a threat or technology we have.

I finally read up on this. Trump didn't do anything short of enforcing a law passed in 1993 saying the files had to be declassified within 25 years.
